"My husband and I put our townhouse on the market in the middle of December after putting a contract on what we considered to be our “dream house”. We had 60 days to sell our property and we decided to list it with a discount realtor to reduce the real estate fee. Our house sat on the market for 60 days with no offers. We did all of our own advertising, flyers and open houses every weekend. Still we did not get a nibble. The night before our contract was to expire, we got a fax from our realtor saying that someone else had put an offer on the house we wanted and we had 24 hours to remove our contingency. She took pictures of our home and posted them on the Internet, she held open houses for us with cookies and balloons, and within 22 days we had an offer! She negotiated a good deal for us and found buyers that were non-contingent. She was there for the home inspection, the final walk-through before settlement and the final walk-through after we moved out. She hired a contractor to repair the items on the home inspector’s list and even found a plumber to come to our home on a Sunday evening to fix a small leak in the bathroom. 

She also assisted us with the purchase of a new house and advised us all the way through the purchase process. She made the entire experience a lot less stressful for us and we would recommend her highly to anyone looking to sell a house or to buy a house. She was terrific!"
