On a personal note . . .

Lisa Teach is a lifelong resident of Maryland owning multiple properties in both Washington and Frederick Counties.  Lisa received her real estate license in 2004 and has since produced over $50 million in settled transactions.  With a background in interior design/marketing, her strong suite is preparing a seller's home for the market and developing a comprehensive plan to expose the home to as many potential buyers as possible.

Teaming with Jeff Greenwood as a Buyer's Agent has added another level of service that focuses strictly on a buyer's needs.  Jeff has lived in Frederick County since 1990 and has been involved in real estate since 2005 receiving his license in 2007.  Prior to that, Jeff was enlisted in the U.S. Navy for 4 years spending 3 ½ of those years in Italy.  Jeff possesses solid people and communication skills and enjoys a challenge making him a perfect fit for that enormously important undertaking of finding that dream home for a buyer.
